The room had a minibar. It was useful. The location was very close to a food market. Staff were helpful with directions.

The staff was super helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. the hotel was very beautiful, indeed. I enjoyed sitting in the lovely lounge on the first floor a lot. Everything was perfect .

i had some network issues checking in and out. it was not a big deal, though.

the standard double room featured comfortable bedding and thoughtful design. it had some nice touches, such as the nightly turn down service, where i returned to a comfy dimly lit room. Complimentary chocolates were left out on the bedside table.

the hotel features a lounge on the first floor. the location is excellent, within walking distance of many sights. De Brouckère metro station is around a 5 minute walk, so getting around was really easy .

the room was decorated beautifully. the bed felt comfortable. the bathroom included high end aesop toiletries for use. we found the staff to be very friendly.

The room temperature could not be adjusted. it. the hot water in the shower stopped working. This made the room unusable. it took over half a day to get another room after we complained about the shower.

the reception team upgraded my room, a superior double room, for my stay. they also offered recommendations for local dining and attractions. breakfast included extensive options in a beautiful high-ceilinged room.

The room temperature was regulated by the concierge (which i found inconvenient). the tablet for communicating with the concierge was not working. some amenities were forgotten. I had to ask for tea, a towel, and shampoo.
